He posted this yesterday, accompanied by Kool & the Gang's "Celebrate" which seemed to me a pretty big clue that he'd gotten the license.
It also implies that we're getting a Vision/Scarlet Witch dio, a Black Panther piece, a Black Widow piece, and a Hawkeye/Ant-Man/Wasp dio.

It will be interesting to see the full specs, but I'd still go with SS at this point. I pretty much hate all the head sculpts of this except for the regular masked sculpt. He chose the most oddball Wolverine artist you could go with for the unmasked portraits, but maybe one version will be bare boned without those.
