Try again in a little while. I had the same issue when I first went to place an order for the Tracer statue. Few days later I tried again and it went through. Site seems to have a few hiccups still.

Tuesday's = Battle.net maintenance for a few hours so their site will be down for bit so you cannot order.
You can also pay via Paypal not just credit card.
and I am sure you will see more products coming from them...

Well i tried my Debit card 3 times and it was declined, then i tried my dads debit card and that was also declined.
Had to use a CC in the end. Wish they would just take paypal.
