Well, it can't be Cammy since we already know about her. I assume announcements will be something new. We know Chun Li is after Cammy too.

Same here. Going by Erick's Psylocke, I think this will be the best Chun Li. I think he or one of the Prototypez people said she was going to be doing her lightning kick. With multiple clear legs to give the look of motion similar to the Bowen Thor statue with him swinging his hammer.
