Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

This is all very interesting. I would love to see how the unmentioned overhead is calculated into the remaining $856 profit per statue such as marketing, salaries, warehousing, shipping, etc.

I don't expect to be seeing that ;p It also didn't account for licensing fees, replacements, sideshow's cut, etc.

They'll both claim victory I'm guessing...

*revenue not profits, also the profits they list are gross profits not net profits I believe.

Considering he now owes them the revenue they would have gotten from the statue + interest they no doubt prefer that, I would at least.

he did "win". they were looking for much, much more that $275k.
essentially, they argued the case using the wrong statute...at least that was the court's conclusion.

Congrats Jerry.
You really did a great job at single handedly driving your company into the ground.
Really good stuff dude!

Usually its better to buy a company that is already established and has an infrastructure.
How should have they known PCS owes that much money to their customers, if you can't re-track Jerry's cluster---- of financial books.
I'm not an US citizen but isn't falsification of a balance sheet illegal in the US? I mean it's mandatory to record the finances to protect investors from damages like this in Europe. The whole report reads like a joke to me.

I wondered that also.
I assume the company came with licenses. Also, i think the plan was for Jerry to stay onboard in an art director type of role. Jerry apparent jumped ship sighting a conflict of interest. I guess he was happy to be free of his debt. From what i can gather, given their rapid out put, Ant appears to have got on top of things, and having Sideshow onboard no doubt helps. There appears to big profits to be made from selling statues, providing you can deliver the goods.

Yes. When I pay taxes each month you agree that your books are in order or can be charged with perjury and fraud.
Had an audit years ago where had to show income, expenditures, profits, etc. and IRS went over with a fine tooth comb. Fortunately I am ethical so went fine (I think I actually over paid a little bit over the years, and they weren't giving that back)

Jerry is becoming too powerful. It won't be long before he is sending demands to the White House and then the UN. He cannot be stopped nor reasoned with.
