I agree. To me the statue doesn't look like Ian Mckellan anymore.

Final production photos.

This looks a lot better than from those recent con photos. Moustache part of the beard and eye brows needs major trimming.

And I'm one who doesn't mind the pose chosen.


But unfortunately/fortunately I just didn't have the space to enter into another line. As it is I already have 5 1/2 scales (not including Yoda's), with 1 about to arrive, 1 still on preorder, and another one I'm hoping gets made.

I'm of two minds on which head I actually prefer.


After watching it, I started to think the sculpted one might actually be the better one......

Agree that the sculpted looks much better. The hair on the silicone one is just distracting.
