Brokerage is not upon delivery, you get the invoice for it a few weeks later after it was delivered. There's brokerage in there somewhere, guaranteed.

Hey guys ...
So - Kamloops huh - small world!
Regarding the FedEx charges - I just repeated what the FedEx guy on the phone said, and I was VERY specific in how I asked the question. Wierd. I would phone again and triple check but here's what I got from BBTS this-morning:
Ok, we have put together 2 options for shipping your Predator:
Option #1: We ship by UPS. The shipping fee would be as quoted ($150) and the brokerage fee would be $105.18 USD which would be due when you receive the package. Plus your normal state and government taxes.
Option #2: Ship via FedEx and we assume no responsibility because we do not have an account with them. You would need to open and account with FedEx and set up a pick-up as well as supply us with the shipping label. We can provide the harmonized tarriff code for your product which shows that it was made in China.
So - obviously I am not going to do their job for them and spend half a day setting up a FedEx account
So I'm left with 2 choices - USP or cancel and ask for a refund. I'll think about this for a couple of hours and then make a decision. geez!!!

Heavy,
Do the UPS option. If you cancel ur order you will regret it when you see everybody getting theirs and posting their pics.

George told me they don't use Fed-Ex because they only cover up to $500 in insurance. UPS covers what the item is worth as long as they paid the fee. So, if you guys choose Fed Ex and it comes damaged, don't expect them to give you more than $500.
Did you guys try RazorsEdge Collectibles? They are in NY so it maybe cheaper for them to ship it. Though, I don't think they have them in-stock yet.

You are right. But I hate UPS so much I was going to cancel anyway.
However - I just checked the exchange rates and if I cancelled I would lose out about $150 USD ($200 CDN) on exchange rates for the refund.
So - it's become a moot point for me now
Wish I'd ordered direct from CM.

I was going to order from CM too but I thought if I looked around I would find it cheaper and I did not so I ended up ordering mine from Alter Ego Comics. I've bought a few things from them and been happy every time but I wish I would of ordered it from CM because I would probably have it already. Alter Ego had me pay half when I ordered and the other half when it ships. So it makes me feel alittle better knowing it's half paid for already since I got laid off

I've had to cancel my order... I just can't responsibly buy this with the economy being so rough and with my personal financial restrictions. My wife has been out of work for almost a year so it's been real tough around here. Hopefully I can get one in the spring
