But I'm pretty sure Prime 1 can't do a 1/4 classic Batman due to SS having the license for that

Oh yeah sorry that’s what I meant. And I’m pretty sure P1 only was able to do that with Sideshow’s permission, like they did with New 52 Flash and the like where it says “developed in partnership with...”

You are correct. From Superman's page:
"Developed in partnership with Prime 1 Studio, we are proud to present Superman from Justice League New 52 . . ."

I’m guessing Prime 1’s new 52 Batman won’t be up for a good while.

I would like to see his upper arms. They look a bit too chunky. Any pics showing them?

Still,
OG - large batarang,
OG Variant - large batarang,
Arkham - large batarang and shurikens (baby batarangs),
Batfleck - normal batarang.
New Batman - although not batarangs, theyre called batarangs. so... batarangs again.

Yea another batarang was pretty lame, they should have went with an unmasked portrait.

I think that an unmasked battle damage portrait would be awesome. Something like when he fought against red hood (jason) first time.
Batman had fought unmasked in some cases, I don't think this is inaccurate. In fact he is fighting in a cemetery, probably at night so not very crowded.
