Comparing the new production shots to the production model shown at SDCC, she looks the same to me. Lighting is just different, obviously.

same sculpt to me. pic angles in sdcc and production pieces are just different. that changes the perception.

Actually, if you compare the proto with the prod, you can see there is some slight squinty-ness in how her eyes have been painted on the production. Sideshow has also darkened her pupils it seems.
Not sure if it's the angle, but her right eye seems much larger too. Anyone else notice this?

Ah ok. From the comparison pic, I noticed the prototype's earrings have more of a glossy shine to them than the production. Not a big deal I guess.
