Luckily no. Got him for a fair price; less than most sellers sold him for.

Interested in hearing how they want you to go about resolving this.

There's nothing I can do except get creative with a drill or hairdryer. I'd be looking for a full refund before ever accepting that solution.
I think they'll have to send me a complete replacement body and base.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

They'll likely request you to break yours and send you a new one. I'd expect no less, that is why they make spares.
The long wait followed by the crappy, rushed QC is puzzling. I think the factory treats PCS jobs as a cheap, low priority side gig compared to their other customers. None of the comparisons of PCS to Ferrari help, only results.

The production on this and the 1/3 Scorpion have me a bit worried for the PCS pieces I have on preorder (Poison and Battle Dress Chun-Li). I haven't been actively following the Sub-Zero thread, but hopefully things are more positive in that thread.
It reminds me of the issues I had with some PCS pieces in the past (i.e., the eyes on the 1/4 Chun-Li, though at least there was a remedy for that; several issues with the 1/4 MK9 Scorpion). Hopefully things improve with the change in management.
