Still, it must be tough for NFL fans to be forced to watch the Lions every Thanksgiving! There should be 2 games at 1pm on Thanksgiving at least.

I agree with you and think it is a tradition that should be upheld. They play 3 games now so it's not like they can't get new blood on Thanksgiving. They could also double up and play more games.

I do think there is some merit to the Lions losing it for a season as a penalty for running the team into the ground ... it is disgusting how this team has been ran the last several years. They need to bring back the tradition they had back in the days of Sanders and Speilman
