option 1 doesn't make sense, they give you $10 and a replacement head. And you fix the broken head to have an extra?

possibly the handcuffs are broken which would require replacing the entire body, and also the head which just requires the head

I would take the complete replacement, personally.

My replacement is on the way. CS said they taped the head down in the styro cubby hole. I'm sure as they inspect them, they will be taping down the heads, from here out.

i'd take the head and the 10, but my broken cuff is on the INSIDE not the outside, so it's a fix you wouldn't be able to see. if it's the outside cuff whole replacement imo

edit: got my options, doing this

they said replacement heads won't be available till nov

Mine has finally reached the local depot. I rang to pay all of the extra fees just now (the joys) It will come tomorrow, but I'm at work so might miss it. I just hope it's okay after three whole weeks of traveling..
