Same here I wished this could be repainted for less than 600.00 plus. It was such a poor paint job.

Some fantastic repaints out there. Really shows that the sculpt itself was solid.

Agreed. The proto is definitely a stunning piece of art.

Disagree with you on the "definitive" version of Sonja. Although quite attractive, bold and bad ass, this version is a bit too muscular for my tastes. I prefer the previous version and her more slender physique.

This is the best looking Red Sonja done to date. A true masterpiece. I'll roll the dice and put in preorder when it goes up. Hopefully Sideshow will give the production run the special attention it deserves on this piece. I want as close to prototype as is humanly possible when this piece arrives at my doorstep.

I'm sure that is posted as Rule #1 for all workers at the Sideshow Toy Factory in China.

Pretty sure its like that in the US now too eh? Oh 40 hours is the written amount of hours we say we want you to work but the implied amount is more like 60 or maybe even 80. Hell, why not sleep at the office or join in a parasitic relationship with your cubicle. And like the Xenomorph, after the corporate profits have fed upon you sufficiently, profitmorph will bust out of your chest seeking new prey to infuse into the cubicle.

I guess I'll qualify it as the definitive Sonja statue for me. Nothing tops it for me personally and this is coming from someone who thought the last Sonja PF looked fantastic.

I'm in on this one too Viper. Love this look for Red Sonja.
