Holy hell, they even threw in ANOTHER biomask instead of resculpting the previous one.

I'll admit it sucks that they're pumping all of the goodies into the DX instead of fleshing out the standard, but

- now the extra $500 gets you quite a lot.

- there are even more bits and bobs to sell separately if you want to recoup some cash from your DX purchase; I imagine most purists won't care about the "details" biomask and we know there are standard buyers looking for a placeable helmet. I'd be one of them myself if I didn't want the trophy so bad.

Secret Compass has allowed me to convert my 1/4 Big Game NRD to store credit for what it's worth. Not sure if it's standard practice or simply because the initial photos were particularly bad for that statue.

i read all the terms and conditions about Pre-Orders. It was VERY clear in multiple places the deposit is a NRD, the future payments can be store credit, but the deposit if cancelled is a true NRD.

1987. I had two paper routes. Mowed lawns in the summer, and shoveled snow in the winter. I had very generous grandparents, who routinely gave me money on Christmas and Birthdays. Adjusted for inflation, if I saved every penny for a year, I still wouldn’t have made enough to cover the deposit. I guess it’s good it didn’t come out in 1987

THANK YOU for the info Shogun! I was deadset on ordering the 1/4 scale already and now with all the new added pieces to this 1/3, I just don't know anymore ....

Is there an advantage of ordering directly through Prime 1, in terms of getting it sooner..? I read stories obout Secret Compass having lengthy delays, etc.
