Car manufacturers are also delayed due to chip shortages. Batteries apparently too. My friend needed a new car battery... got a 6 week lead time quote

I read TH's newsletter and they're not wrong. There's a shortage of containers because the U.S. doesn't make stuff anymore and therefore doesn't export enough. So not enough containers are being sent back to Asia. Then you have the ports in Cali, which are moving at snail tempo due to beer bug precautions. Maybe some dock workers even decided to quit since they can make almost as much money collecting unemployment with the federal bonus. It's one huge disaster. But we're patient in this hobby.

Only Toyota was smart enough to stockpile a few months worth of chips lol.

I took this pic last night while on a family walk. In the distance you can see container ships waiting to dock in Long Beach. There were many more outside the frame of this photo...

I want to buy this figure. Is there still stock?
If the manufacturing problems you mention here are really a trouble, are there chances that I will lose money if I pre-order now?

Check sideshows website. Personally, I haven’t had a problem with any Tweeterhead statues and I have over 20.

Sideshow has the statue as a pre-order. Does that mean there are still units available?
I understand that Tweeterhead sold all of their reserved units, but they haven't shipped any yet
Has anyone seen what this statue will be like in its final status?
