My balance (shipping only) was charged yesterday, so now just the waiting game for it to be shipped. I might leave mine out on the porch for a few hours since heat seems to be fixing people's issues.

I finally broke down and ordered her from Underground Figures. I ordered her Tuesday night, she shipped the next morning. She was slated for Saturday but got to me a day early. At first I was sad because I had the exact same fitting issue others were having. But I took Gollum's advice and placed her up in my attic, which is hot as hell. She was up there for approximately three hours. Each time I would go check on her and attempt to fit her onto her base. I got a little impatient so it's not flawless, plus it was cooling down in the attic by the time I took her out, but it looks great now.
I know a lot of people have shared pics and I'm not exactly bringing anything new to the table, but I'd like to post some of the photos I took of her~
I love her freckles! I was worried hers would be too subtle.
The visible sand near the rock looks really nice.
I'm glad I paid off the original teal version early because she's already been shipped and is estimated to be here Tuesday, I can't wait to have them on display next to each other!
Nice pics, looks like the necklace hole is completely covered so I guess that was another issue with mine. Got an email from SS, they’ll be sending me a replacement. Fingers crossed again
BTW, I like all these ideas of putting her out in the sun in an attic locked up in a car and let the sun do the job unfortunately over here I'll have to wait another 5 to 6 months to get some good summer weather unless I put her in an oven, Lol which I don't think I will
