I took that onboard. If he is supposed to be on a deep flat section, then there should be two vertical bars holding up the top rail.
It appears they have decided to make the deep flat section less deep and use one vertical bar. I guess they did not want to make the base too deep. Also, they wanted to make the design look like steps, rather than a slab.
Maybe they should have made it 100% look like steps (no flat section) and made the metal rail a continuous slope, if they wanted to be movie location accurate.
If you wanted to be hyper-picky, it could be argued that the concrete at the base of the metal columns isn't wide enough compared to the concrete at the location
The base looks cool. I guess that is all that matters.
