I went through eBay and they sent me a return label, so as soon as the tracking shows he receives it I will get a refund.

He said he bought his own return label through FedEx but he never actually sent it to me. I think if I had used anything he provided I would have never gotten my money back.

I am sure once he gets the item back the emails will start again.

Ebay use to be a fantastic place to buy and sell ur collectibles or other stuff. But since they started these buyers protection and tax all sales on its platform is went to S* really fast...I only buy stuff there, cuz selling is dangerous cuz of so much buyers protection.

I recently put up an item (OG Hot Toys Rocket Raccoon) to sell on Ebay for the first time in several years. I got my BIN price and the buyer left nice feedback, so I'm thankful it worked out. But I typically try to sell things on FB first via local pickup, and that's worked out really well for the most part.

No, I didn't even think of that. But at this point I am pretty sure once he gets it he will say just about anything no matter what. I am pretty sure if I took a video of me packing it and handing it to the post office worker he would come back and say I just took it out after the video and sent an empty box....if he does decide to go that route.

I dropped it off at the post office Thursday morning of the 11th but the tracking has still not been updated. I swear this statue must be cursed or something. I thought for sure it would have updated over the weekend.
