Hey Lock...after closely looking at the pics again...I can now understand your concern for leaning issues as it relates to the left (similar to the SS Batman PF situation due to the heavy cape). So, I do think there is some concern....but I don't think it's anything XM can do until it is printed. Only then will one be able to put it together and see how heavy it is and if it tends to lean to the left. It might be one of those rare situations where the statue might have to be altered to move his cape over more to the right center at a later time maybe causing an extended delay.
Like you said, I'm sure it's something XM will work out once it is finished printing.

The beak mask was first worn in an issue where Moon Knight had to fight malevolent spiritual entities that couldn't be affected by anything he did, but they could still hurt him. The beak mask was given to him by Khonshu (or Moon Knight might have imagined Khonshu giving it to him and merely found it among his own collection of old Egyptian relics) and it allowed Moon Knight to be able to interact physically with the spirits (i,e., hit them.) Along with his "Mr. Knight" outfit which is basically a white three piece suit and a white mask, the beak ensemble was Warren Ellis's way of broadening the character's repertoire when he wrote the six-issue run that served as Moon Knight's latest reboot.
Also, the beak mask is completely bad-ass and awesome.
