I hope this shows now that Jerry/Sosa should now contact WB to show that they are producing these items without license i.e after their MK license expired.

the above are all business/agencies i have reported syco collectibles too. i have emailed every company that syco supposedly distributes for and every company came back saying they have no partnerships with them. for whatever reason though, no one seems to make an attempt to have the products removed from the syco website.

i had exchanged a few emails with joel of BBTS and i respect his wishes by his request of not posting emails but he gave is blessings to detail a summary which basically what had been stated, he meet jonathan in hong kong at a toy convetion, whatever reason, he believes jonathans BS and in turn old stock was being sent to BBTS. i respect BBTS as they are trying to protect/salavage their investment and i cant blame them. im sure they invested quiet more than individuals. i personally had given syco 1k, half of which i recovered via paypal credit services about 6 months ago.

i even spoke with a friend in china and pretty much she said its a lost cause trying to get a local authority in china involved. regardless, it doesn't take to much effort sitting behind a computer and try and cause havoc, so i will continue to do so till something happens.

hi Brandon - can you contact IKON Collectables as well who seem to be selling the Sonya Blade as well. Let them know that Syco is scamming people and this is unlicensed!

well supposedly they have a FB and Twitter accounts. who ever has a FB or Twitter account should warn them. and post the links to this thread and the threads over at the clubhouse.

wonder if Duh'rren is just showing these companies the production photos that he has received from the factories in a way to get them to make a huge wholesale purchase? wouldn't put it past him.

its obvious these companies do not know what they are doing or getting themselves into. if they did they would have done some research on scamco before doing business with them.

Well they don't accept emails, so we are bombarding their FB page, hopefully someone will take notice.

i have been in talks with whoever is running the MKAU facebook page, for the interim, they took their post down to look future into this issue.

i dont care if they do a giveaway. i just want them to let people know they have no affiliation with syco collectibles and to tell people to not order directly from them. i tired explaining that they took the FB page down purposefully and that anyone coming across they company for the first time will have no means of knowing exactly what this company has been doing to its customer

im sure syco collectibles probably made 30-50 statues, sure as hell they dont have 250 ready to go though. they keep producing a small batch of statues, send them out and people think things are just fine and dandy.

Well, mkaugaming was notified and from the conversation I read they really could care less. They have also taken down the link and our comments on the issue. Their attitude seems to be one of "well we aren't selling the statue, just giving one away so it's fine"
