Nice!
Had to put the original next to your pic to see the difference, but that looks better.
His build is still bigger than it should be, but the more upright stance is an improvement aesthetically.

I'm not so sure it's the position of his head that throws it off as much as it is the fact his back, traps and shoulders look better suited for a hulk statue. I like the hunched over look, but it's just the fact they gave him that huge hump on his back is what kills it for me.
