Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows - 7/10. Far more dark than the first movie, but Holmes is also far more human in this one. Good film. Love both installments.

1.5/10

I figured it would be bad from the universal panning it has taken, but it's a Marvel movie I still had to give it a shot. This is seriously as bad as big budget movie making gets, I'm convinced the two, yes TWO Directors have ADD and possibly Parkinson's disease. That's the only explanation I can come up with for the way this was shot.

And Nicolas Cage, you're supposed to be a fan. How could you.

I agree, both movies are a lot of fun. Just picked up the steel book for the first film.

Avengers 5/10 Liked the choice to use someone like Loki for the villain story was kinda flat and the acting was ok at best

Michael Fassbender, with the minor role he had, was good in it. The score would of been a 4 without him.

Contraband 6/10

It really reminded me of 'Gone in Sixty Seconds'.

John Carter, 8/10. I liked it a lot, it's a shame it bombed in the theatre because I'd love to see what happens next. I kept a watchful eye on the Princess and I cannot figure out why so many people had a problem with her. For one she was super hot and I thought she played the character very well.

It amazes me how far away the studios stray from the original source material for films like Ghost Rider and Hulk, you'd think they'd be very easy films to make. For me Cage is the worst part of both films, he's too old and his overacting is embarassing to watch.

Prometheus-8/10

Excellently crafted film, story is very deep and filled with thought provikng ideas. I didn't care for the final shot it though, felt like pandering to the fans and sort of tacked on. I need to see it again to get a better grasp on some of the ideas and their execution.
