Actually, I'm just jealous. Congrats.

So are you going to paint it yourself or find someone to do it? Is it balanced in such a way that you could assemble everything on the base and it would stand on it's own? (Assuming you didn't push it over, of course).
Just add pegs to connect legs to the base like sideshow and Bowen does. He won't tip. I don't room to paint stuff up right now so it's going straight to the basement for now. Hopefully next year I can start painting kits again. Even though Vince-vell is a prickster, his vids on YouTube are great!

Andrew you'll have to get it pinned and glued for the whole thing to stay together. You feel like its quality stuff when you hold it. I don't really care for ken but with the sneak peeks shown, I think ken will be the best of the bunch.

Yeah, mine got sent to Ed, so l'll let him figure all that out. I'd like to paint mine, but I don't have a clue how to do it and I'm not sure here's any local places to learn.

I'd like to take some classes from someone. Prefer hands on versus online, but either would be cool. It's also an investment, but probably cheaper in the long run versus paying someone to do it. Especially since I'm going to get most, if not all of them. (Maybe not the SF III cast).

You should take the class offered at wonderfest. Jesse321 posted info. The class includes airbrush cost, kits and airbrush.
If not do what I did. Go to smartflix.com and rent the videos by David fisher titled model mania. They are jam packed with information. Just pure amazing DVDs. There are I think 6 volumes split into 2 DVDs. Smartflix let's you rent them for $9.99 each DVD.

Can you PM me the Wonderfest link that Jesse mentioned, please? I'll check on those DVD's too. Thanks!

Oh sweet, looks like Ken's face was tweaked. Hated it before but now it looks good.

Much better now that he's looking up instead of down. That was the major complaint I had with the Ryu vs Sagat diorama by Pop Culture Shock.
