That definitely has not been confirmed. Certainly if the disc does, I'm sure Capcom will patch the DLC. My guess is, it won't be on the disc either.
I also believe there will probably be one more (final) patch for this game that will definitely have balance changes (yet again) and possibly one or two new characters and hopefully a stage or two.

The yuns are out in full force! With the occasional yangs and feis.
Other then them i see onis, evils and blankas but rarely.
Torny going in this weekend, top placed players are the yuns and yangs.

faught a yang the other day, those stomp hand moves they have are complete BS. they stuff everything. Even my ex spiral got stuffed by it!
So if you fight a yun or yang be careful if they start to turtle and spam those stomps far away. Not only will it build their meter super fast, it will stuff jump ins that are in from where the hands are and specials.
Havent tried to sweep or slide into them yet, only thing i can think of that will stuff them.

Cant really give this two tornies this weekend a basis for char usage. Its split between the pros being at different tornies. So come Evo we will see real char useage come into play.

not as many yun's as I was expecting.
tbh I find Honda more annoying to fight than yun he has some crazy priority air moves and his damage output is massive!
