The little sign says the reservation is $300.
For the $3.2k Maestro it was about $1k, so this might be a lot cheaper than we think especially if it's not polystone, unless "deposit" and "reservation" are wildly different.

Well, I think that?s because it?s the bare minimum. From what I understand, this is a ?build like you want? project. The more ?toppings?, the more the money and reservation.
