Wrong Address
I received an email indicating my Mileena and Jade statues were shipped but the shipping address included in the email had 2 street addresses and wrong postal code. Canada Post service will use postal code to determine neighborhood; therefore, going to wrong address.
I sent email to Customer service and I hope this can be corrected.

I have been waiting for a reply from Monday last week, i have sent 3 emails, but no reply, customer service sent me another shipping payment request which is strange since I already paid it, I forwarded my paypal payment receipt
I am still waiting for a reply, I am waiting for my shin Akuma bust

So here we go.... again!
After contacting CS 3 times early August, Carolyn finally sent me a response on August 31st. Since then I'm sending a reply every week and nothing.
I guess it takes 18 months to replace a statue.

they shipped my jade and mileena to the wrong address LOL its out for delivery somewhere in my city today, but not to me, I hope they are prepared to give me a full refund of statue costs and shipping prices if I dont get these

unbelievable, jade and mileena were both delivered to some other address in my city today according to the tracking but I did not get them
I just emailed PCS customer service Yet again and told them they are either reshipping jade and mileena to my CORRECT ADDRESS or giving me a full refund of statue and shipping costs, after waiting 2 years for the statues and then have this kind of thing happen is just ludicrous, I need to get out of statue collecting for good, its far too stressful

Mine is apparently still at FedEx, according to the tracking and it was "shipped" on the 29/30th. I shot an email over to see what's going on or if it was really even shipped at all. Almost makes me want to say screw it with the EX Raiden I have. Almost. If I do decide to get another PCS statue again, it's retail sites that I've done business with and trust. This EX nonsense just isn't worth the hassle.
