I remember watching the Jurassic Party Stan Winston School put on, and in one of the videos when they talked about the TLW raptor, the narrator said that they did make subtle changes to the head sculpt. So it is very possible that they did, but its also possible that they could be wrong. 20 years will do that to you.

I think the JP and TLW raptors are mostly the same. Small changes here and there, but I don’t really notice too much. It’s in 3 that they take real change on the bridge of their snout, the quills and eyes, etc.

They used the same molds in TLW as they did in JP for the raptors so they are the exact same sculpt just different paint application and eye's.
