It's just their cookie cutter response, i dont think the cs knows what's going on. Jerry already said they are making replacement bodies while sideshow insist on not doing any replacements for this statue.
What a bummer, it's a brilliant statue.

Is there any way we can just give a whole load of suggestions to SS in changing some of their business practices so they know how we the consumer really feel?

You could set up an online petition (After gathering some suggestions here for the content), get people here to sign it and then send a link to it to Sideshow.
I'm sure someone else will say that would be futile and we should just vote with our wallets BUT if someone doesn't tell them what they're doing wrong, how can they change?

yeah they dont care as long as the money keeps rolling in. For example they make all those open es and re-issues because it's more money that way. Then look at death lsf it was open edition and got changed to a es 300, do you think it's because they care about the customer's concerns? no, it's because noone bought it...

Actually I have the Excl. thought of getting the reg. from my Hobby store Tomorrow !
As you can see,the Excl. one is missing the Reg. parts ! So I have no idea,how the Reg. base looks like !
