Unfortunately they don't supply a tracking number, at least not within the UK. It may be different for international customers.
If not, you could request they email you with the consignment number, once your order has despatched.

So I received my REPLACEMENT yesterday.
I opened it up and everything was looking really good until I removed the wrapping around his necklace/spinal cord and noticed that his spinal cord is broken.........at that point i was like " ok, no big deal, I can just get a replacement spinal cord and keep everything else"...........so I continued to lift up the wrapping and found.........the spring that is attached from his chest plate to his arm is bent and broken
Also there are some scratches on the chest plate from the spinal cord not being wrapped correctly. (seems to be common, happened on my first one)
I could live with the scratches, passing them off as battle damage.....but the other stuff, i cant
Im going to inspect the rest of the piece and see if there is anything else wrong with it and then call customer service to see what they can do.
Im sure it will eventually work out....It just sucks having to go through all of the exchange process again.

It would have happened in the original packing. I think its really difficult to make sure a piece like this gets to a consumer in "perfect" condition. I think Cinemaquette deserves a lot of credit in making the efforts it has to get the public the best, most detailed pieces possible. I'd rather have the detail, even if it means a bit of hassle along the way.

When I talked to them on the phone they said that they would personally inspect the replacement piece to make sure it is in perfect condition.

I didnt even bother opening up the rest of him......I was too mad to continue at that point.
I cant say how disappointed I am.......this is not something that breaks in transit.......
Im really starting to get discouraged.
Im going to inspect the rest of the piece tonight and see if there is anything else wrong with it and then call customer service to see what they can do.
here are some pics of the damage.....so far:

I'm real sorry to see you've received yet another damaged piece, P. It's apparent they are not inspecting these maquettes prior to shipping, as stated. Unless they have been severely heavy handed whilst repacking the piece after inspection. Either way, this is very poor indeed.

I can imagine how frustrating this is for you. Receiving one faulty piece is bad enough, but to have to return yet another...
