Still waiting for mine to arrive. Looking at your photo of the box, they appeared to have used a shot from the game of the location Quiet hangs out in. I like the sniper sight circle used on the box design.

I'm surprised Gecco decided to change the way we can switch portraits by making faceplate switching and attaching the hair pieces.

At first I thought we were going to be able to switch portraits by switching half of the upper torso as was shown in the early exhibitions such as Wonder Festival Japan that Gecco participated.
I'm not surprised of the switch out approach. Prototypes of PVC figures are done in resin. So that might explain which it had to be done in that manner.
