I just know I am going to get sidetracked browsing something else and miss that 40 second window before GG crashes and I get nothing.

I'm sure they knew this server upgrade was going to be finished at a time they weren't certain of. But, it would have been nice. It's total BS that they waited until the last friggin' second to do this "upgrade".

That's the problem. They don't like to give out specific times like Sideshow does. I'm sure they've seen what happens to SS when something hot goes up at a specific time and their servers slow down and crash. But then you get what we have now, tons of customers wanting their stuff and getting upset.

Pre-Order for Pick-Up San Diego Comic-Con Exclusives Information Update
***Due to our upgrade in server capacity, we are pushing back the PRE-ORDER FOR PICK-UP for San Diego Comic-Con Exclusives to Thursday, July 12th.***
We apologize for those who expected to place their pre-order for pick-up for the San Diego Comic-Con Exclusives tomorrow, Wednesday, July 11th. We didn’t want to go up with our pre-order process without our full server support. Our upgrade should be completed by then and with our upgrade to 4 dedicated servers, we should be able to handle all the website traffic without causing any delays with the order process.
Again, an email with the links and information for the Pre-Order for Pick-Up for San Diego Comic-Con will now be sent out on Thursday, July 12th.
