As disappointed as I am, I'm fairly certain I will still take the risk and purchase this, but only because the only other option (for now), is to get the custom S&P SG, which is ~$200 more, and no mixed media (which I love). I want a SG in my collection at 1:4, and this will have to do. We will likely not see another one for a while, or possibly hold out for Prime 1, though they might use the new 52 costume.
There is still hope that the head is detachable, and that will allow us to buy a custom portrait. However, you should NEVER have to buy a custom portrait to make a statue acceptable (for me at least). The custom should be there as the icing on the cake.
Guess I will make the final decision tomorrow, or wait for a coupon...

I hate the face sculpt. Just bloody awful. Why on earth would as do an Artgerm art which is suppose to be like this PF?? This will not be in my collection. Hopefully a new SG will be on the way.

If I were more passionate about the character, I probably would buy this. The headsculpt looks good to me and the price for this is okay, I guess. I have definitely seen worse products from Sideshow.
