 My croc arrived today with a chipped toenail, missing tooth from ex head and chips on the seam of the reg head. Can't believe how many defects!
I am hoping SS do the right thing by me. I am all the way down under in Australia so would be hard to get another ex.

Great! SS is offering me a replacement! I asked this to be checked before shipping to be safe but they said they do in a email. Seems more like a automated email but I hope they do check for the chips under the neck area. This statue looks great! The ex is so amazing! Yes size can be bigger but it's still worth keeping. Many on the side will love this in person!
