Will Sideshow be reserving some replacement parts for each batch? My biggest concern about being in the later batches is that replacements could be long gone before I even get it in hand. Lots of people in the later batches for Batman could not get replacements.

Replacement parts all come separate and in one chunk and not batched typically. My understanding with Batman is that wait lists had to be made for replacement parts and once more of those are in then people waiting on a replacement piece will get them. If there aren't enough replacement parts and enough demand then more replacement parts for Superman would be made (if need be of course).

I was on the wait list for a new batman body. When I got it, it didn't fit. I have since fixed it, but at the time when I asked William about a replacement base, he said there were none available...no mention of a wait list. My understanding was that you had run out of parts, and no more were coming.

yeah lets hope Supes isn't a disaster like Bats was.
and when i say disaster i mean having so many replacements having to happen. because if you have to put people on a wait list for a replacement that tells you that too many problems were happening.

More than likely the wait list created were for certain parts than and not all parts that make up the piece. Capes, hands, heads, etc. Those are typically what are made more of than bases, so it does make sense that another base wasn't available (and unfortunately even a replacement may have wielded the same body not fitting in base as well). Sorry that another wasn't available to at least try and see if the issue would be fixed.

Oh, it's fine now...I was able to enlarge one of the holes on the base with a handy dandy dremel. Fits great now.
