I'm still at work.. second shift of the day. Sweet sweet overtime, so it's almost $40 an hour.
Hotel's full... people from Germany, France, Sweden, etc.. all here for more bike races, like AmGen (with Armstrong) that just blew through. I just checked in three Swedish chicks that I'm re-opening the spa for; crazy Swedes.
Still haven't found another quality teaching job, and still in my Northwest voiceover mode, but... I could be doing worse than working full-time at a 3 star hotel.
On another note.. had a conversation via Skype with a few of the Momos on here... funny, about 1/5 of the men on Statue Forum are divorced (some are remarried). I knew of a few of the guys who talk about theirs regularly, but.. some of you guys.. I had no idea. Fun to commiserate together.

I've always been active athletically, so my heart hiccuping is something I take seriously; it shouldn't be.. I'm only 36.
Thanks for the info, Royd.
My name's Armando, by the way.

I noticed you posted earlier in another thread asking about Chris Stevens' commission rates so I thought I'd re-post details here -
"Hey Guys,
I chatted with Chris a little while back about his current commission rates for another fan and this is what he e-mailed back:
"My single character 11 by 17 greyscale pieces are $400. $200 for each additional character.
I do 11 by 14 busts for $200 as well. I'm currently working on a wait list. No money up front to get on the list, but a 50% deposit when I'm ready to start on your piece. I guess that about covers it."
It appears that he has a lengthy (not surprisingly) commission list but has been doing occasional commissions. Hope that helped Best,
Royd"
Hope that answered your query Best,
Royd
