need help ughhh

my xbox is hooked up to my hd tv under component2 it was working fine earlier
now it wont come on its saying NON SUPPORTED MODE on my tv....the xbox is running its green what could be the problem?

I'm game for some Halo 3/Gears of War/Graw 2/M:UA (hahah.. never got around to beating it).

I usually only log on (let alone play xbox) Thursday nights with my bro-in-law (who intro'd me to Statueforums.. haha), but Halo 3 multiplayer is addicting as heck, so I've been on a lot more lately (which my wife constantly reminds me of.. grr).

Gamertag is Argonus. Leave a message (voice is fine) saying you're from here so I don't just think you're some random person.

I'm away until this coming Sunday though.. in New York, for a wedding.

Well, I guess I wont be playing halo 3 for awhile, my xbox keeps freezing in the middle of play. For some reason, my xbox now get hot really quickly now, so I contacted microsoft and hopefully they'll get back to me. It's good that I got the service contact, I'm not looking to spend another $400 on this system.

mine just went the other night to! the ring of death! ahhhhhhhh went to best buy the next day and got a new one...they exchanged it right in the store!

Have you tried that intercooler system they sell? I think its like $20

I tried taking my ipod back to bestbuy after it went out had the replacement plan and all they told me to stick it up my ... they're not replacing anything. Needless to say I'll never give them my business again.
