The rib area underneath his left pec looks off. Seems sort of sunken in.

I don't know I'm not impressed maybe if this came out before Prime1 TDKR and DKIII I'll probably all over this but after owning both Prime1 TDKR and DKIII I don't think I need this DK version from SS. Also with the cost of shipping now a days, this might end up costing me the same as I paid for the original P1 TDKR delivered. sadly the price of the new statue now is pricing me out of this hobby

If that lightning lit up it would cast a shadow and silhouette on batman which would then be a perfect rep to the cover...

If you saw a heat wave, would you wave back?

Not a huge Miller Batman fan so this one is not for me BUT it is nice for what it is (so congrats to those Batman Miller fans).

I wish he was angled down more like the original art. With him being so horizontal, it appears he is jumping out the the way of the lightning instead of it being an artistic addition. Like he is battling somebody who is summoning lightning down on him…maybe put him near Storm in a display?
Other than that, well I think this is a spot on Miller Batman and fans should be stoked.

Unfortunately it’s just a flawed concept, especially for a large scale statue. In the original art that skinny bolt of lightning is miles away, now he’s attached to it. This is going to look really weird from any other angle than what they have already shown. It comes across as him sliding down a chunk of ice rather than jumping through the night with a bolt of lightning behind him
The sculpt on Batman himself looks pretty fantastic, I really like the look of the portrait, cowl and cape in particular
