You can't because the message is true. The totals don't match because PayPal wants you to pay the discount.

There's a line of people that paid by Visa needing refunds for a bunch of things.

Random taxes, shipping costs and the discount. But there's no other choice at this point if you want your order secured.

Yup, my order was right on the checkout page, and confirmation, but my card didn't deduct the 100 dollar paid in full discount. Not worried though, Erick's company is one for the people. He'll take care of us.
