yeah, sorry. they're from Sculptor's Corner here. the artist says Emma & Psylocke are commissions. there's also a Black Cat "just for fun."
since they're NOT bowen, it'd be rude & tacky to post these on JW to rattle Randy's/Mark's cage about official Emma or Betsy, right?

I have seen BUPKISS in the way of developing her personality, or even -showing- one in recent issues where she's returned. She seems stiff and sort of a stock 'plug-in-anywhere' character, and she surely wasn't like that before Jim Lee got his ink-stained ruinous fingers on her.

Do you not like Jim Lee, or do you just not like what he's done to Betsy? Just curious. I actually wasn't collecting comics prior to her "being Asian" (I collected from about '95 to 2000, and only came back to comics about a year ago), but I am slowly getting classic X-Men issues that she's in her "pre-transformed" state in. I want to eventually buy all the issues of the X-Men when they're hiding in the Outback.

Besty's current stiffness has more to do with Claremonts writing than anything Jim Lee did, also I don't think that Jim was writing those issues he was just doing the art in them right? why blame Jim? is it because he's asian??

I doubt him "being Asian" has anything to do with it.
Doug doesn't seem to be close-minded.

I gotta agree with merl. Claremont is the one writing her to the ground.
I would also like to read those outback tales though.

everyone's a little bit racist sometimes, doesn't mean we go around committing hate crimes.

I don't think this has anything to do with racism, but more to do with changing a fav character unnecessarily
