In the hands of the ideal skilled type, it is not super complicated. Look at the work SideShow managed on the Joker. Look at the work Hot Toys manage on their 1/6th scale figures. PCS often add non sculpt additions to their statues

I get the impression, while other PCS statues are being produced to a schedule, Chun-Li 1/3 is just one of those outside a schedule, one that Jerry chooses to spend as much time as he wishes. I too like to think April will be the month for Chun-Li 1/3. I thought the same thing in March about a March release

Can't wait for my Battle Chun Li. Kotobukiya is now doing a battle Chun as well!

Hopefully she'll outshine the other SF girls from koto.
