I believe what you said earlier is true. Keaton doesn't want his likeness used.

True. Sideshow Keaton Batman PF being one of them. I'm just saying what I was told directly from a source at Prime 1

The reason I believe Keaton is the hold up is because I haven't seen a head sculpt of him as Vulture from Spider-Man Homecoming. Hot Toys is the king of portraits and they didn't even have one on the prototype.

Yeah sounds like he no longer wants his likeness to be used if Hot Toys can't do a portrait of him for Vulture.

Maybe they just aren't done with it.
Michael Keaton seems to have become proud of his Batman work in his later life so I doubt he would pass on a free check IF he contracted for likeness rights at that time.

I would believe that was true if
(a) There was anyone else with a portrait for that character. I can't find one.
(b) They would put the HT figure up for pre-order, which they haven't. Usually HT (when I collected them) puts out pictures and blurs the portrait if it isn't ready. They haven't done that yet.

Yes but that was released 2 years ago. Who knows what kind of deal he had to use his likeness when HT made that figure. Maybe he's simply tired of his likeness being used. Or maybe that SS Beetlejuice figure pissed him off to the point where he said ENOUGH!
