I'm imagining you are a newly branded former poster who wouldn't wait out his ban.

Coming from this.
CPB enforces copyright and IP violations, says so in many places on their own website and it even gives a guide on how to help them enforce it more.

Enough already, COI said to stop for a reason. If you continue I will just put you on my ignore list.

Please do.
And you are confusing patent/copyright law with distribution rights. One thing has nothing to do with the other.

And I apologize for being off track.
With so many great RS pieces, how long until we get another Conan? This one especially could use a companion piece.

Agreed. I like it more and more. Then i think, should i order? or wait for the in hand shots to arrive?
I think how can they screw up? the blood splatter? will the paint app on the upper left leg, the material wrap, will it be painted as good as the prototype?

THIS!! So So THIS!! I am missing a Conan for my collection as I have had a hard time deciding which one to buy and I hate paying 2nd hand prices. Would love to see Sideshow release a new version.

Oh, there's a million ways they can screw this up! From paint apps to parts breaking...you name it.
Let's be practical, even with in hand shots, the one you get, could still be the lemon in the batch!
Happy smiling faces!

I must either be one of the luckiest people currently buying Sideshow products or what they say about the vocal minority is 100% true. At this point, I am not even the slightest bit concerened regarding the quality of Sideshow's statues. If we were back in early 2014 then that would be a different matter entirely, but were in late 2017, not early 2014. I have gotten just one amazing piece after another these last couple years and at this point, with Sideshow signing even more amazing artists, I expect the quality will only continue to go up from here.
Here's my opinion of the statues I recieved over the last couple years:
Batgirl - spot on with the prototype
Captain Marvel - spot on with the prototype
Cleopsis - spot on with the prototype
Green Ivy - spot on with the prototype
Lady Death - spot on with the prototype
Purgatori - spot on with the prototype
Red Sonja - SDwaS - spot on with the prototype
Amazing Spider-Man - spot on with the prototype
Skeletor - spot on with the prototype
TMNT's - spot on with the prototype's
Aquaman - very close to prototype
Black Canary - very close to the prototype
Classic Catwoman - very close to prototype
Dark Phoenix - very close to the prototype
Gamora - very close to the prototype
Green Goblin PF - very close to the prototype
Green Lantern - very close to the prototype
Groot & Rocket - very close to the prototypes
He-Man - very close to the prototype
Kier - very close to the prototype
Pfieffer Catwoman - very close to the prototype
Power-Girl - very close to the prototype
Shard - very close to the prototype
Vampirella - very close to the prototype
Emma Frost - noticable difference from prototype
1st Red Sonja - noticable difference from prototype
Statues that I don't own, but I know people that do and have seen them first hand:
Batman The Dark Knight - spot on with prototype
Cheetah - very close to the prototype
Darth Maul - spot on with prototype
Hulk vs. Wolverine Maquette - very close to prototype
Lobo - very close to the Prototype
Sentinel Maquette - very close to prototype
Voltron - spot on with prototype
I had no doubt about the last Red Sonja coming out great and I have absolutely zero doubt about this Red Sonja coming out great. Its just the long wait that sucks!!
