I wish I had the time to really focus on it the way I should.

Seems Aussie Land is busy working today. I hope everybody has a nice Tuesday. I have to take the 6 yr old to the hospital in the morning. Some of her blood chemistry is WAY outta wack and we have to figure out what is going on.

My wife has gone to see a medical intuitive in the past and she heard from her today and she shared that she attended a conference with a woman from Oz that does energy readings or something like that. Sounds interesting.

Man, I can't seem to get it together lately. I went out and road my bike for about 40 minutes(7 miles) then came home and mowed the yard(burnt 1500 cal) and did some house work(folded laundry and washed dishes) but then ate like a total junk food loser.

I have a goal of being at 200 lbs by June 1, 2010 I need to get tough and start to take better care of myself. I want to be able to travel with the wifey once we get the kids out of the house!

Dr A gave me a call the other night and we chatted for almost an hour. I hope that wasn't too expensive. Alex is a great guy and I felt we had a nice little conversation. Once I figure out this computer issue, I will need to master skype and call these dudes on MY dime, not theirs!

Dr A, I have a medical question for you that I will e-mail you the details on. One of my athletes is having an internal medicine issue. Weird lump over her right side. The pain started above ASIS and now ventures up under right rib cage. There is a lump that is present and her symptoms worsens with running as well as her menstrual cycle. I will e-mail specifics in a bit.

Well, I should probably go, it is 11pm and I still have to the dishes from the girls' supper. Kelly made french toast and turkey bacon.
Do any of you have "breakfast food" for dinner/suppery? My parents used to do it all the time, but I have run into people that find it totally mind boggling. As a kid I remember hearing a family friend that had a visitor get offended that they were going to be having pancakes, bacon and eggs for supper. I am only interested in scrambled eggs for breakfast, but will eat most other breakfast foods for supper, especially french toast, I love that stuff!!

I find is silly that I have no extra light bulbs in my house. Nearly every multiple bulb fixture has at least one bulb burnt out, but I have no more extra bulbs. I guess we are now supposed to be buying the funky cork screw type bulbs that are twice as expensive, but supposedly uses less electricity. Every time I go to the store I forget the bloody light bulbs. Perhaps when I am sitting in the dark I will remember the darned light bulbs.

I will be intersted to hear what Rocket thinks of the Havok sneak peak from the Bowen section. I think the sculpt looks good, except for the face and white power level thing on the uniform. I would like to see them be a bit more non-uniform. I think somebody mentioned wanting one with the colours reversed, like he is at full power. I think that would look sweet!
