I mean I know that there is no such thing as a perfect company out there and I realize that I am mainly a SS collector or larger scale items but are other companies like this as well.....? Do they communicate this way with their customers or play these kinds of games with their customers.....? I just feel that the more involved int he hobby I get the more I see a trend that seems to be very alarming and dissatisfying when it comes to customer relations and how sometimes things can come off as very shady...
I get that at the end of the day it's a business and we all need to make money and sell product but what happened to the days where the business model and mission statement meant something?
I don't know. Maybe COVID really did change the world in so many more ways that we would like to accept.
