I don't understand what's going on with the base. I'm so confused where the battle against Oc is taking place?
The colors look nice and I like Spider-Man much better than in the teaser pic. I also give it credit for looking cool, but it doesn't really tell a story that makes sense. No way would Doc Oc have those tentacles attached to him. They are too big.

Good job Sideshow... YOU HEAR MY WORDS XM DIDNT NOTICE OR COULDNT DO... when i talked about to do the changing head line as a web pattern so it is nearly not noticable. You did the gab at the neck at the costum web line!! GREAT JOB and you seem to take my words by the other treat! 
The pose is powerfull and the dynamic pose is nice. As a Spiderman fan since 30years its nice to see a combi of modern and classic costum! Really excited to see more pictures

Maybe he is fighting an Octobot. That is the only thing I could think of, especially if they make a matching Doc Oc to go with him.

It's an amazing looking statue, but why does it have to be that Spiderman is twisting and bending ALL THE TIME?? why can't we have a PF of him just standing on a building or nothing like that??
