All of the Marvel phases aside, it really is one of the best comic book / action / sci-fi movies in a long time.

such an awesome movie but every time I watch it I cant help but thinking "WHY, WHY IN GODS NAME - has no one bought the license to dredd yet?!?!?!?" I want a 1/4 scale maquette

X-men Days Of future Past 8.5 /10
Fassbender is a BEAST!!!Best scene in the movie Quicksilver being amazing.
POST cred scene AWESOME!!!
Such a tough script to sell, but they still did it and did it well.

Good to hear. Really wish I could see it this weekend but I'll be camping over the holiday. Next week I'm there though. Nice seeing this film sitting at 93% on Rotten Tomatoes.

47 Ronan - 7/10 - A bit more than I expected & actually semi-based on a Ronan story I knew about. Some weird scene stalling by the female leads that could shut the movie down in a few places, but I liked this movie & really liked the ending.
X-Men, Days of Future Past - 8/10 - Really enjoyed it but I can't help but wonder if non-X-Men readers will enjoy it. We'll see.

Agreed! Dredd was all types of bad ass. Love that movie

And I love that Urban was satisfied to never show hos face throughout the entire movie. Some actors (jackman ahem) would've insisted on some face time before it all ended. But that wouldn't have been true to the character. Love this adaptation.
