Oh crap sorry i havent ever done a return, i just assumed, thats good , although id suspect they would ask me to take a hammer to it.

oh yeah. they have always taken care of me. they'll send you a return label through email and then ask you to send them pics of the damaged one in pieces. its a smooth process. but lets hope it comes in one piece and that you love it. good luck brother.

Sounds like sh!t packaging will save u the work and it will be delivered like that. I'm calling SS on Monday to see if I can get a refund before it ships, will save them the trouble of me shipping it back.

The styrofoam is in pretty bad shape(I had to wipe the floor after opening because it's everywhere) and the packaging is causing a lot of breakage problems.
