I got so frustrated with it, I cancelled it. I'm over PCS I bought all the other motu statues except She-Ra. So painful to deal with just excuse after excuse, they created a shipping label and the combo never shipped that was the last straw.

Not sure what’s going on, but they shouldn’t even be touching other statues until they have all of the He-Man & Battle Cat statues shipped. And emails should be responded to within 12-24 hours max...not weeks.

I've emailed them twice in the last month about my combo. Both times I got an automated response saying they would respond in 2 to 4 days. It's been 4 weeks and I've heard nothing. They did send me an invoice for Ryu though. No chance I'm sending them any more money when they don't ship what's already paid for.

Still no he-man, got cat over a week ago, I emailed weeks ago about tracking as I never got an shipping email and got the normal automated email just before cat turned. Now I'm concerned. No print with cat either.
