Aspen Matthews Statue

Well, just got my new wings for Aspen!

They look nice and shiny and didn't see any cracks or creases or bubbling of the decals.

I still need to figure out how to get her right hand wing to sit without the slight droop though.

Overall, am very happy!

Another excellent job from all the folks at Aspen who've worked on correcting the problems associated with this statue. She's worth it though!

Looks a fantastic statue and even my wife said it would be nice to have all 3 aspen ladies.

Mine came in today, definitely an improvement over the initial batch. No need to post pics since Jayden already did.

Did you notice if they seated properly or was there any difference over the initial batch?

I think that they sit a little better than the first run, and they seem to have used shorter pegs. Which gets you around the problem some people had with her hair interfering with the install. When taking the original right wing (her right) off I almost broke off the wisp of hair coming from the front. It's definitely still the decal process like before, they just put more time into smoothing the decals into the grooves on her wings,

if i order one from the aspenstore, whats the chances i'll get a broken one or a defected one? did they fix the problems for all the statues yet?

They have checked and inspected ever statue they have available so that their should be no more broken/damaged ones. Also they have begun getting replacement pieces for the wings that had decal/paint problems.

Order with confidence, Aspen will treat you right when it comes to their products.

I got my wings today, and they arrived in perfect condition. I can't stress enough how appreciative I am at the top notch customer service Aspen provides. Quick question for those getting replacements pieces if I may please.

Do they contact you beforehand to say they are on their way or have you just been receiving them unexpectedly?

I'm just trying to figure out if I should be expecting an email.
