Well I got my Achilles. Everything looked great until I got to his torso, the right leg broke off and broke pieces of his clothing with it. The outside shipper had no damage done to it, there must of been a weak spot connecting the leg to the torso which snapped it right off.

response to damage
Here is the reponse I received upon sending an email:
"I want to re-assure you that we are taking care of this problem, and we will send you a replacement. I just need to count with a little bit more of your patience. I cannot send you a return label just yet. I'll do it by end of next week. The reasons are, we have no room to take any returns back, nor time to deal with replacements right now.
I want to get as many orders shipped out as possible until the end of next week, and put out some fires we have with a few guys who have been waiting patiently for their orders as well. It would be unfair of me not to get their statues out first."

Glad to see you get a reply. I sent an email and haven't heard anything yet. It does look like that right leg and skirt is a problem. So far 3-4 of us have reported the exact same break.
If they require me to send it back for a repair I'm definitely not sending everything back. What's the point of that since it increases the chances of other pieces being broken.
