Same problem here, she is going back! Good Sideshow offer this option, but this issue shouldn't have happened! and I lost my money cause I had to pay for customs vat taxes months ago! They need higher Quality Control Standards or they'll loose customers!

I don't know if Italy works the same way as the UK but I reclaimed my VAT when I returned my Rogue several months after having paid it.

Getting my replacements in about a week. Wondering if any of you guys have been having problems with cracks on her portrait or arms? So far it seems that the problem is limited to the base and body but I'm pretty sure the other parts don't have primer as well. What good is the replacement body if the face cracks in the future? Fingers crossed because Psylocke is def one of my favorite X characters.

Just got my replacement today - it has a pretty noticeable chip on one of the bands on the right leg. Sigh.
